corn (fresh, canned or frozen)
3 slices
bacon, diced
1/2 bag
Simply Potatoes of your choice
1 C
Central Market Organic Chicken Broth
1 12 oz bag
HEB Fully Cooked Chicken Fajitas, diced
1 jar
Cookwell & Company Green Chile Stew Mix

Description
A tasty chowder that can be served with a meal, or eaten as a meal.
Instructions
Heat a stock pot over medium-high heat; add bacon and brown. Add corn and potatoes. Sauté 5 minutes until starting to brown. Add chicken broth and continue to cook until corn & potatoes are cooked. Add chicken, stew mix and cream. Heat through. Garnish with fresh chopped cilantro and your favorite shredded cheese.
Notes
If the chowder is too thick, add more chicken broth to thin. Try with a can of black beans. Great with turkey or pork roast too!
