  • 2 C Fresh or frozen cranberries
  • 1 Medium orange
  • 1/2 small Onion, diced
  • 1/2 C Sugar
  • 2 Tbsp Dark brown sugar
  • 1 Tbsp Mustard seeds
  • 2 Serrano peppers, minced
  • 2 Tbsp Apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 C Orange juice

InstructionsInstructions  Wash and pick over cranberries. Wash orange, do not peel, and cut into small chunks, and remove any seeds. Coarsely chop cranberries and orange in a food processor. Transfer fruits to medium saucepan. Stir in onion, sugar, dark brown sugar, mustard seeds, pepper, vinegar and orange juice. Cook and stir over medium heat until mixture bubbles and thickens. Remove from heat. Chill until ready to serve.
