1 Bag HEB Chef Prepared Cheese & Green Chile Tamales
1/2 Jar All Natural Texas Two-Step Green Chili Stew Mix
1 C shredded cheese â€“ any variety
Garnish (optional) sour cream and fresh Pico de Gallo, mild or hot

Instructions Heat oven to 400Â°F. Spray an 8 x 8-inch baking dish with non-stick spray. Place tamales on bottom of dish. Pour Green Chili Stew Mix (1/2 jar) over tamales and top with your favorite cheese. Bake 20 â€“ 30 minutes, or until bubbly. For a 9 x 13 you will need 2 packages of tamales, a full jar of Green Chili Stew Mix and 2 cups of cheese. *Variation - Layer any of the following into the casserole recipe: canned or frozen corn, canned black beans, red bell pepper, mushrooms or cilantro flakes.
