Napa Valley Chardonnay & Roasted Garlic Marinade

• Adams Reserve Sea salt and Freshly Cracked Black Pepper

Adams Reserve Crushed Red Pepper Flakes

Instructions
1. Place shrimp and garlic marinade in a large sealable plastic bag; toss to coat. Marinate in refrigerator 20 minutes or up to 2 hours. 2. Heat a large, heavy skillet over Medium-High heat 3 minutes. Add shrimp, including marinade. Stir and season shrimp with salt, pepper and red pepper flakes. Sauté 1 minute; then add butter and parsley. Remove from heat when shrimp just become opaque and curl to form the letter “C”. 3. Serve shrimp over pasta.
