InstructionsInstructions  Sprinkle Sear N Crust or Rub evenly over fish on both sides. Let rest approx. 15 minutes. Heat just enough Grapeseed Oil to cover bottom of skillet. When oil is hot, add fish and cook through. To test fish for doneness; insert fork and twist. If fish flakes easily, it is fully cooked. Finish with Canyon Foods Sweet Chile Lime Sauce. May also grill or bake fish in oven. Try Adams Sear N Crusts and Rubs on other meats, seafood and veggies.
