3 Eggs
1 C Oil
2 C Fresh Pumpkin (or 1 can)
3 C Flour
1/2 tsp Baking Soda
2 tsp Baking Powder
1 tsp Nutmeg
1 tsp Allspice
2 tsp Cinnamon
1 tsp Salt

Description A versatile recipe perfect for any fall occasion

Instructions Mix sugar, eggs and oil. Then add the pumpkin and mix well. Combine flour and all dry ingredients and sift twice. Add flour mixture to sugar mixture. Bake in greased and floured tube or decorative pound cake pan for 35 minutes at 350 degrees. Then lower oven temperature to 275 degrees and bake for 30 minutes or longer, until toothpick comes out clean. Sift with powdered sugar. Enjoy!
