VICTORIA INDEPENDENT SCHOOL DISTRICT IS ONE STEP CLOSER TO GETTING RID OF BAD MEAT. THREE TONS OF RECALLED BEEF WAS FOUND IN THE DISTRICT'S WAREHOUSE FREEZERS.
