Family Without electricity Update

THEIR ELECTRICITY WAS SHUT OFF OCTOBER THE EIGHTH, WITHOUT ANYWAY TO COME UP WITH THE FUNDS TO PAY THEIR PASTDUE BILL THE COUPLE TOUGHED IT OUT IN THEIR HOT HOME.. BOTH ARE ILL, PETE HAS PARKISNONS AND HIS WIFE HAS LUPAS. SO WHEN THEIR BILL WAS PAID ON WEDNESDAY AND SAY, THEY WERE TOLD THAT THERE ELECTRICITY WAS GOING TO BE TURNED ON WITHIN TWENTY FOUR HOURS, THE COUPLE WAS VERY EXCITED AND RELIEVED. BUT WHEN TWENTY FOUR HOURS CAME, THEIR ELECTRICITY WAS NOT TURNED ON AND THEY THEN FOUND OUT IT WAS GOING TO TAKE MUCH LONGER THAN ONE DAY FOR IT TO BE RESTORED.
GERALD AND KAREN (SKYBY) ZAGABAY AND THE GOLDEN CRESENT PAID THE BILL ON WEDNESDAY AND KAREN CONTINUED TO COMMUNICATE WITH CP&L ABOUT THE COUPLES NEEDS, HOWEVER, THEY STILL WERE NOT ABLE TO TURN THE POWER ON ANY SOONER.
"I talked to twenty people and everybody told me a differant story. Forty Hours hours, twenty four hours, not till wednesday and the latest one on october 23" says Karen Zgabay, who helped pay the couples light bill and hotel stay.
By Thursday Evening the couples electricity was still not on. One concerned resident did put them up in a hotel for a few evening until it gets turned back on. >
BY THURSDAY EVENING THE COUPLES ELECTRICITY WAS STILL NOT ON. THE ZAGABAYS PUT THEM IN A HOTEL UNTIL THEIR ELECTRICITY WAS TURNED.
I TALKED TO THE AEP COMPANY, WHO CONNECT THE ELECTRICITY FOR CP&L AND THEY SEEMED TO BE A TAD BIT MORE UNDERSTANDING. AFTER EXPLAINING THE STORY TO THE DAVID BAKER, A SPOKES PERSON FOR AEP, HE WAS ABLE TO HAVE THEIR VEHICLE OUT WITHIN MINUTES AND RESTORED THE COUPLES ELECTRICITY.
AS SOON AS THE LIGHTS WERE BACK ON, PETE SAT INFRONT OF THE AIR COINDITIONING TO COOL OFF.
