Jurors have been dismissed in the East Texas Kentucky Fried Chicken Murder case.  Convicted burglar Romeo Pinkerton agreed Monday to plead guilty to five murder charges in order to escape the death penalty.  He was accused of robbing and abducting five people from a Kentucky Fried Chicken restaurant in Kilgore, TX, in 1983.  Prosecutors say he then took the kidnapped 15 miles away and shot them.
