THE ATHLETE OF THE WEEK THIS TIME IS A NOMINEE, E-MAILED TO ME FROM OUR WEBSITE, MYVICTORIAONLINE.COM. OUR CHASE GALLIMORE CHECKS OUT THE LEADER OF A SHARK ATTACK.
THE NEWSCENTER 25 ATHLETE OF THE WEEK IS HENRY SOLIS FROM PALACIOS HIGH SCHOOL.  IN THE SHARKS WIN OVER ST JOE ON FRIDAY, SOLIS RUSHED FOR 259 YARDS AND 4 TOUCHDOWNS.
"I just come out here and work hard", said Solis. "And listen to my coaches.  Especially my running backs coach.  Hes one of the main reasons I'm doing what I'm doing. What is the reason for your success?  My offensive line.  I need them to block for that 2 seconds.  I'll make the read.  Once I get it out in the open field, I just do it.>
"Henry did a great job against a good St Joe football team", said Mike Treybig, Palacios Football Head Coach.  "They built the game up as a game of the top 2 rushers in the area.  Henry had a tremendous night and came out ahead."
BUT FRIDAY NIGHT WASNT THE FIRST TIME HES COME OUT AHEAD.  THROUGH 5 GAMES, HENRY HAS 16 TOUCHDOWNS AND OVER 1200 YARDS.
"Henry has been an important part of our football team.  Henry understands hes only as good as his offensive line.  he does a good job because those guys do a good job.  The athlete of the week goes to Palacios High School in the name of Henry Salis.  Congratulations Henry.  I just want to thank Channel 25 News and Pt Lavaca Chevy.  I'd like to thank my offensive line.  My Defense that gives me the opportunity to play offense.  And my coaches."
THE SHARKS HOST BOLING ON FRIDAY NIGHT.
UPDATES ON THAT GAME PLANNED FOR FRIDAY FOOTBALL FEVER, 10:20 FRIDAY NIGHT.
