IT'S NOT YOUR TYPICAL CLASSROOM, TEACHING 1ST, 2ND AND 3RD GRADERS --- ALL IN THE SAME ROOM. THE CLASS MONTESORRI 1, GIVES INDIVIDUAL ATTENTION TO EACH STUDENTS NEEDS. T'S THE BEGINNING OF CLASS FOR THESE YOUNGSTERS AT FW GROSS MONTESORRI. THE STUDENTS RANGE IN AGE FROM 6 TO NINE YEARS OLD. AFTER THE MORNING LESSON, TEACHER BETH HOFFER HAS THE STUDENTS BREAK INTO INDIVIDUAL WORK PLANS BASED ON THEIR GRADE LEVEL OF 1ST THRU 3RD GRADE. <"Montesorri is hands on materials, following the child based on what their needs are, to meet the text of the State of Texas. THEY HELP TO NURTURE AND HELP STUDENTS WITH READING. THIS UNIQUE SITUATION IS SOMETIMES DEMANDING FOR MISS HOFFER, BUT THE EDUCATION BENEFITS LAST A LIFETIME. <"I love coming to see the children, they brighten your day. I've had most of these children for 2 or 3 years. They will folow with me for the 3 years, you just grow attached to them.
