People seem to be quick to criticize the nation’s education system.  Then there are others who say teachers are forced to be disciplinarians as well as educators.  One Victoria County School district has implemented changes on campus that require strict adherence to school policy with little or no flexibility.  Newscenter 25’s Jennifer Gayle learns from the superintendent of the Bloomington School District as well as the principal of Bloomington High School how the changes made since the beginning of this school year are working.  And students will give their feedback as well, tonight on Newscenter 25 at 6.
