SHE IS DESCRIBED AS A DYNAMIC TEACHER, GIVING 100% EVERY DAY TO EVERY CHILD IN HER CLASSROOM.
AND SHE USES HER CREATIVE SKILLS TO MAKE LEARNING FUN.
HER PHILOSOPHY WITH HER STUDENTS IS, A STUDENT WILL NOT CARE HOW MUCH YOU KNOW, UNTIL THEY KNOW HOW MUCH YOU CARE.

MISS ALLEN SAYS THAT EVERY DAY IN HER CLASS IS DIFFERENT. SHE SAYS STUDENTS CHALLENGE HER WITH QUESTIONS AND SOMETIMES SHE STOPS THE LESSON TO LOOK UP THE ANSWERS.
FELLOW TEACHER,Lisa Baker SAYS ABOUT SANDRA ALLEN,"I've actually had the priviledge to work with her at the homework center after school. And I see the way the kids look at her. And how she works with the kids. She's patient, kind and makes learning fun for the kids. They just have this twinkle in their eye when they look at her.">
AND FOR STUDENTS WHO STRUGGLE WITH SCHOOL WORK, SHE EXPLAINS IN SEVERAL DIFFERENT WAYS UNTIL THEY UNDERSTAND IT.
