BUILDING A SOLID FOUNDATION, FOR A FUTURE GENERATION.
THIS HEAD OF THE CLASS --- IS CREATIVELY GETTING STUDENTS EXCITED AND EAGER TO ATTEND CLASS.HER EXAMPLE OF HARD WORK AND DEDICATION TO TEACHING, IS AN INSPIRATION TO HER STUDENTS. TEACHER DEIDRA STARLING HAS HIGH EXPECTATIONS FOR HER STUDENTS. SHE WANTS THEIR VERY BEST.

SHE SETS A POSITIVE EXAMPLE FOR HER CLASS, BEING A ROLE MODEL FOR HER STUDENTS. MOTIVATING THEM, ENCOURAGING THEM AND SHOWING THEM THAT SHE CARES. SOMETIMES SPENDING HER LUNCH BREAK TO TUTOR A STUDENT TO HELP THEM MAKE A PASSING GRADE.

BECAUSE OF HER RELATIONSHIP WITH STUDENTS, THEY ARE ALWAYS RESPECTFUL OF HER GROUND RULES IN THE CLASSROOM.
