Shrimp Scampi with Roasted Garlic Marinade
Preparation Time: 5 minutes
Marinating Time:  20 minutes or up to 2 hours
Cooking Time: 25 minutes
Serves 4 to 6

Ingredients: 1      pound Peeled and Deveined Shrimp, Medium or Large, with or without tails½     cup Napa Valley Chardonnay & Roasted Garlic Marinade8      ounces La Piana Linguini (half of box)·         Adams Reserve Sea salt and Freshly Cracked Black Pepper 1/4   teaspoon Adams Reserve Crushed Red Pepper Flakes1/4   cup butter (1/2 stick)1/4   cup chopped fresh parsley

Instructions:
1.       
Place shrimp and garlic marinade in a large sealable plastic bag; toss to coat.  Marinate in refrigerator 20 minutes or up to 2 hours. 
2.        Heat a large, heavy skillet over Medium-High heat 3 minutes.  Add shrimp, including marinade.  Stir and season shrimp with salt, pepper and red pepper flakes.  Sauté 1 minute; then add butter and parsley.  Remove from heat when shrimp just become opaque and curl to form the letter “C”.  3.        Serve shrimp over pasta.

Strawberry-Spinach Salad with Cracked Pepper

Ingredients:
1      bag (6 ounce) Fresh Express Baby Spinach
1/2     pint fresh  strawberries, trimmed and quartered
1/4     cup Cookwell & Company Cracked Pepper Vinaigrette Dressing
1/4     cup sugar
1/4     cup sliced almonds
4      ounces queso fresco, crumbled 

Instructions: 
Wash strawberries; pat dry.  Trim stem ends; cut berries into quarters.  Toss strawberries with dressing and sugar in a salad bowl.  Cover and chill 20 to 60 minutes.  Right before serving, toss spinach, almonds and cheese with berries.
