Actress Heather Locklear has checked into an Arizona mental health facility. According to her rep, the 46-year-old actress is suffering from depression and anxiety and has requested an in-depth evaluation of her medication and treatment. It appears Britney is back on track. A Los Angeles judge has awarded the pop-star overnight visits with her two boys - 2-year-old Sean Preston and 21-month-old Jayden James. Commissioner Scott Gordon says sleepovers can begin as soon as this weekend. Federline still retains primary custody of the boys. Dennis Rodman pleaded "no contest" to spousal battery in a Los Angeles court room. In exchange for his plea, the Worm was sentenced to 36 months of probation, 45 days of roadside graffiti removal, one year of domestic violence counseling and six months of drug and alcohol treatment. The judge warned Rodman... "If I hear or see in the news that you have committed any more crimes -- you will go to jail." Police arrested the former NBA star in April after he and his girlfriend got into it after a night of drinking.
