Hurricane Dolly, packing winds of 100 miles per hour, stormed the beaches of South Padre Island near Brownsville just before 2:00 o’clock this afternoon. Newscenter 25 Meteorologist Sarah McKenna says Dolly is now losing strength as expected with winds down to 95 mph. The current coordinates of the storm are latitude 26.4 north at longitude 97.3 west. But what happens now, and will Victoria feel any of the aftermath of Dolly? Sarah’s analysis of the satellite and radar images, and her new 7 day forecast, is coming on Newscenter 25 at 5pm and 6pm.
