All Victoria emergency services are back to normal operations this Wednesday evening as any threat from Hurricane Dolly has now passed. The storm made landfall as expected this afternoon just north of Brownsville. The storm was packing winds in excess of 100 miles per hour. The storm is now losing its strength as it moves further inland.
Victoria officials recommend residents continue to monitor the weather conditions and possible tornado activity as long as rain bands from the hurricane continue to rake the middle Texas coast.
