SHE'S HELPING STUDENTS AT DUDLEY ELEMENTARY SCHOOL TURN ON THE LIGHT BULB OF UNDERSTANDING IN MATH.
HELPING TO GUIDE......ENCOURAGE AND LEAD.....AND WELL BRING ON THOSE CHALLENGES HOME WITH HER STUDENTS TO THEIR PARENTS.
DEBBIE WELLS, A MATH FACILITATOR AT DUDLEY ELEMENTARY IS NURTURING THE EFFORTS OF STUDENTS AND TEACHERS AT THE SCHOOL.
SHE HELPS TO TAKE THE FEAR OUT OF MATH IN NOT ONLY THE STUDENTS AT THE SCHOOL, BUT ALSO THE TEACHERS WHO TEACH CLASSES IN MATH.

DEBBIE WELLS HAS BEEN THE HEAD OF THE CLASS FOR THE PAST 32 YEARS. HAVING A WAY WITH WORDS, SHE HELPS TO OVERCOME THE OBSTACLES IN MATH BY GIVING STUDENTS PRACTICAL WAYS OF USING MATH EVERY DAY.

DUDLEY ELEMENTARY HAD THE LARGEST PERCENTAGE OF STUDENTS IN THE SCHOOL DISTRICT WHO MADE A 90% OR BETTER ON THE TAKS TEST. BECAUSE OF THAT TREMENDOUS EFFORT BY THE STUDENTS, DUDLEY RECEIVED A PRESTGEOUS AWARD FROM THE BUSINESS COALITION IN VICTORIA.
