"Right now we have some outstanding hitters', said St. Paul head coach Dana Beal. "We hit the ball really hard, we work on that. Our offense is a little bit faster and so that sometimes enables us to do a few more things than other teams because we're just a little bit quicker." "Their middle hitter is amazing and she can do it right at the 10-foot line", said Bowers. "We just have a hard time getting it. That was proabably their biggest edge tonight." "They are just a very good team", said Lady Cougar Volleyball co-head coach Elizabeth Cox. "They have some amazing hitters. They have really good passes, but we played very good. If we keep playing the way we did tonight, we'll definitely have a successful season." NEXT TUESDAY NIGHT AT SIX, THE LADY COUGARS CONTINUE DISTRICT PLAY HOSTING BRYAN ALLEN.
