HOW IRONIC THAT INDUSTRIAL'S FIRST ROUND PLAYOFF GAME COMES IN THE SAME STADIUM WHERE THE COBRAS SUFFERED THEIR ONLY LOSS OF THE SEASON. HOW MUCH BETTER ARE THE COBRAS SINCE THAT LOSS IN REFUGIO?
"We were still uncertain of what our capabilities were going into the Refugio game", said head coach Doug Kuhlmann. "We had played well, but we knew the opponent Refugio was, they were deserving of their number five ranking at that time. We played well, didn't quite win, but we knew after that game we could make the playoffs and do some good things in District play."
