Some gas stations around Victoria have dropped their prices to $1.85 a gallon for regular unleaded. That's down about 4 cents from earlier this week. The future of gasoline prices still appears to be uncertain, but all indications are that prices at the pump will continue to slide. The price for a barrel on of oil closed down 77 cents this afternoon. The price on the New York Mercantile Exchange closed at $53.62 for a barrel of light crude.
