The explosion was reported early Thursday afternoon at a refinery operated by Delek Refining Limited. The plant has a capacity of 60,000 barrels of oil per day and is the 94th largest oil refinery in the United States. The fire subsided about 30 minutes after the blast. The extent of injured is not known.
