“The allegations show that Money was stolen from the police department,” said Michael Sheppard, the 24th Judicial District Attorney.

The indictments show that all Three charges are considered a felony, if police Chief Chris Brock is found guilty; he could spend several years in prison. And the district attorney believes that the investigation had no hidden motives behind it

“It was an extensive time consuming investigation done by the Texas rangers and the FBI, it had no hidden political agendas or motives,” said Michael Sheppard, the 24th Judicial District Attorney.
