From a family of law officers, over 300 were in attendance for the funeral of Tim Olsovsky who was a Patrol Sergeant with the Sheriffs Office.

Law officers from Harris County, Corpus Christi, Shiner, Halletsville. Alvin and Seguin were just a few that were in attendance.

Close to 1 thousand were in attendance for the ceremony.

Olsovsky began with the Sheriff's Office in 1996.

Prior to that, he worked for the Hallettsville Police department from 1985-1996.

He also served with the United States Marshal Services.

The Victoria fire department blocked off a section of Laurent near Mockingbird to set up ladder trucks number 1 and 4.

They cross both ladders  with an American Flag hanging down.

The funeral procession went under the ladders, as fire officers stood at attention as vehicles made their way to Resurrection Cemetery.

All officers stood at attention, while the casket and the family made their way to the tent for the grave side service.
